Classes

Join me on Tuesday evenings at Woodcote Village Hall, Oxfordshire, for yoga. All are welcome from total beginners to the more experienced. No two bodies are the same and no two minds are the same. This means you work entirely within your own ability: flexible, inflexible; old, young or somewhere in-between; fit, unfit. In yoga, we start every day afresh. Each time we step on to the mat, we bring our attention to the ‘right here, right now’.

Your teacher

My name is Imogen Smart, and I have practised yoga for over 20 years. My teaching style is relaxed, warm and friendly. Classes are hatha yoga which mix asanas, slow flowing movement, pranayama (breath work), meditation and relaxation.
